DRMP Hires Joe Rivera as Digital Delivery Lead

October 16th, 2026

ORLANDO, Fla. — Clear coordination of project information and design decisions helps teams work effectively across offices, disciplines and digital tools, supporting consistent project delivery and a consistent client experience. DRMP has hired Joe Rivera as digital delivery lead to help enhance project delivery by connecting technology, workflows and staff development in ways that prepare teams for evolving client needs.

In this new role, Rivera will help streamline how teams coordinate and apply digital tools and project information, building on DRMP’s existing capabilities across offices and disciplines.

Rivera brings 20 years of roadway transportation experience, including digital delivery, building information modeling, CADD management and roadway design. His experience also includes advanced visualization capabilities, including accurate renderings and simulations that help clients and the public better understand how proposed improvements may look and function.

“I heard good things about DRMP, and the opportunity to help grow this capability is what interested me,” Rivera said. “I’m excited to work with the team and see where we can take it.”

Rivera will work with teams across DRMP to understand current practices and identify approaches that can be shared more broadly. His work will include helping teams develop practical workflows and apply digital tools to day-to-day project work, so the right information is available when teams are making project decisions.

He will also help develop training for team members at different points in their careers and with varying levels of digital delivery experience. The goal is to give teams the knowledge and support needed to use the firm’s digital tools and project information effectively.

Together, these efforts will give project teams more room to evaluate ideas, explore options and identify solutions that best serve each project and its client.

“Joe brings a practical understanding of project delivery and a willingness to listen to what our teams need,” said Todd White, PE, DRMP’s roadway division leader. “That perspective will help us evaluate design alternatives more efficiently, explore ideas in greater depth and identify solutions that create value for our clients.”
