DRMP Honored with 2026 Jacksonville Top Workplaces Award by Florida-Times Union
March 2nd, 2026
JACKSONVILLE, Fla. – DRMP’s Jacksonville office has been named a 2026 Jacksonville Top Workplace for the second consecutive year, an honor based entirely on employee feedback.
The award is presented by The Florida Times-Union in partnership with Energage LLC, which administers a confidential, research-backed employee survey. The survey captures feedback on multiple aspects of the workplace experience, including how employees feel about their work environment and culture.
“Our employees are the foundation of DRMP’s success,” said DRMP President and CEO Glenn Lusink, PSM. “Being recognized as a Top Workplace is especially significant because it comes directly from their feedback. It reflects our commitment to creating an environment where employees feel valued, supported in their growth, and empowered to make a difference in the communities we serve.”
DRMP provides a robust learning and development program, mentorship opportunities, and hands-on project experience to support professional growth. DRMP also promotes community engagement through its DRMPCares program. Employees in Jacksonville regularly take part in charitable initiatives, including school supply and food drives, as well as holiday donation efforts.
The firm also fosters connection and camaraderie through companywide and local events, including team-building activities, an annual cornhole tournament, wellness initiatives, social gatherings, and volunteer opportunities.
