DRMP Names Four Vice Presidents, Recognizing Leadership Across the Firm
March 12th, 2026
ORLANDO, Fla. — DRMP has named four leaders as vice presidents in recognition of their leadership and contributions to the firm’s continued growth and success. Brent Bass, PE, PSM; Megan Mott, PE; Ryan Pellarin, PE, CCM, and Danielle Todd represent diverse areas of expertise across the firm, including geospatial services, structural engineering, construction services, and financial leadership.
These designations reflect DRMP’s commitment to recognizing leaders who strengthen the firm’s capabilities, guide teams, and deliver quality results for clients throughout the Southeast.

Brent Bass, PE, PSM, serves as geospatial services division manager, where he oversees the firm’s Mobile LiDAR Systems (MLS), Unmanned Aerial Systems (UAS), Hydrographic Mapping Systems (HMS), and Geographic Information Systems (GIS) service areas. Under his leadership, DRMP has continued to expand the use of advanced geospatial technologies to support infrastructure planning and project delivery across the region.
“Brent has played an important role in advancing our geospatial services and strengthening the capabilities we bring to our clients,” said Joe Di Benedetto, PLS, senior vice president and director of Surveying & Mapping/Geospatial. “His leadership and commitment to innovation continue to position DRMP at the forefront of emerging technology, and this recognition reflects the impact he has made on our team and our clients.”

Megan Mott, PE, serves as structures division leader for DRMP’s Transportation Market Sector. She leads structural engineering efforts and has been involved in all phases of design, from preliminary engineering through final design, supporting conventional and design-build projects involving bridge rehabilitation, widening, replacement, and new bridge construction.
“Megan’s integrity, dedication, and leadership significantly contribute to the continued success of the structures group,” said Amanda Woods, PE, senior vice president and director of transportation. “She is a talented engineer who guides complex projects and supports the development of our engineers. Her recognition as vice president is well deserved.”

Ryan Pellarin, PE, CCM, serves as Florida construction engineering and inspection (CEI) leader and is responsible for overseeing CEI operations across the state. He focuses on supporting project delivery, mentoring staff, and strengthening relationships with clients and project partners.
“Ryan is committed to supporting and developing our staff while delivering quality results for our clients,” said Erica Jernigan, PE, senior vice president and construction services director. “That combination of strong technical leadership and investment in people reflects the culture of our Construction Services team, and I’m proud to see him promoted to vice president.”

Danielle Todd serves as director of finance and accounting, leading all aspects of the firm’s finance and accounting team, including general ledger accounting, financial reporting, and financial planning and analysis. In this role, she supports DRMP’s continued financial strength and operational growth.
“Danielle has shown tremendous initiative throughout her time with DRMP,” said Glenn Lusink, PSM, president and CEO. “Her financial leadership and insight are critical in supporting the firm’s continued strength, and this recognition as vice president reflects the strong impact she has made throughout the organization.”
Together, these leaders represent the depth of expertise and leadership that continues to strengthen DRMP and support its clients in the region.
