June 10th, 2026

ORLANDO, Fla. – DRMP has promoted Tampa Office Manager Arnesa Zunic to the newly created role of Senior Business Unit Liaison while she continues to manage the firm’s Tampa office.

In her expanded role, Zunic serves as a strategic liaison to Amanda Woods, PE, executive vice president engineering business unit leader – Florida, coordinating key business unit priorities, facilitating communication across leadership and operational teams, and supporting the execution of strategic growth objectives. She also oversees business performance reporting, resource planning, and leadership coordination while supporting accountability for critical initiatives.

Zunic will also assist with client development efforts by tracking opportunities, coordinating pursuit activities, strengthening client relationships, and collaborating with marketing and technical teams to advance business growth in Florida. She will continue to manage Tampa office operations, maintaining an efficient, collaborative workplace environment while supporting employee engagement and administrative staff leadership.

“I’m very excited and grateful for this opportunity and look forward to supporting Amanda Woods and the Florida Engineering Business Unit as we continue to grow, strengthen client relationships, and achieve our goals together,” she said.

Zunic has extensive experience in administrative, operational, business support, and event management roles, within and outside the engineering industry. Throughout her tenure at DRMP, she has supported office operations, project administration, business development initiatives, client and contract tracking, event coordination, and executive leadership efforts. She is also an active leader in the transportation and public works industries and has been involved in the American Public Works Association (APWA) for 18 years. She serves as treasurer of the APWA Florida Chapter and the vice chair of the APWA Florida West Coast Branch (WCB). She previously served as treasurer, secretary, and board member of the WCB.

Additionally, she serves as treasurer and activities chair for the American Society of Highway Engineers (ASHE) Tampa Bay and previously chaired the Tampa Bay Transportation Supersession, one of the largest transportation industry events in the Tampa Bay region.

“Through my involvement with APWA and ASHE, I’ve built a strong network across Florida and gained valuable leadership and collaboration experience,” Zunic said. “These experiences have helped me develop strong organizational, relationship-building, leadership, and communication skills that I look forward to bringing to the senior business unit liaison role.”

Her top priorities are improving communication, keeping everyone aligned on priorities, and making sure information flows smoothly between leadership, project teams, and offices. She also wants to help streamline processes and be a resource for the Florida Engineering Business Unit and the Tampa office so teams can stay focused on serving clients and growing the business.

Woods said Zunic has consistently demonstrated exceptional leadership, organizational expertise, and a commitment to the success of the firm’s employees and clients.

“Her ability to build strong relationships, coordinate complex initiatives, and support operational excellence and business growth has made her an invaluable member of our Florida Engineering Business Unit,” Woods said. “In this expanded role, Arnesa will play an even greater part in helping us strengthen communication, enhance collaboration, and advance our strategic objectives as we continue growing across Florida.”
