Dylan Nagel Joins DRMP as Human Resources Benefits Specialist
March 19th, 2026
ORLANDO, Fla. – DRMP welcomes Dylan Nagel as a human resources (HR) benefits specialist, joining the HR team to support employees in understanding and maximizing the company’s benefits programs that promote well-being, financial security, and overall employee experience. DRMP is committed to investing in its people and cultivating a workplace where employees feel supported in their growth and development.
In this role, Nagel will focus on effective administration of benefits programs while enhancing employee engagement and retention. He is committed to improving awareness and understanding through clear, accessible communication.
“I want employees to feel comfortable reaching out with questions and know they’ll receive timely, accurate guidance,” Nagel said. “By building trust and providing clarity, I hope to help employees make confident decisions for themselves and their families.”
Nagel brings more than eight years of HR experience in fast-paced organizations where he has supported employees and leadership through a wide range of challenges. Most recently, he worked with a leading national retailer in Texas and Florida, managing a large workforce within e-commerce and fulfillment operations. In that role, he handled complex employee relations and benefits matters, including supporting more than 900 associates during a large-scale site closure.
At DRMP, Nagel will focus on building relationships with employees, internal teams, and benefits partners while gaining a comprehensive understanding of current offerings. He plans to use employee feedback and insights to help strengthen programs and ensure they align with workforce needs.
“I believe benefits should reflect what employees truly value,” Nagel said. “Gathering feedback and insights will be a key priority as I work to enhance these programs.”
With Nagel on the team, DRMP’s HR department is well-positioned to strengthen how employees engage with and experience their benefits.
“Dylan has a strong track record of helping employees understand and maximize their benefits,” Human Resources Director Jessica Leard, PHR, said. “With his experience and guidance, he will help educate employees about the resources and programs available to them. We’re looking forward to seeing the positive impact he will have on our team and the employee experience at DRMP.”
