Manny Perez, PE, Joins DRMP’s Fort Myers Office as General Civil Senior Project Manager
April 16th, 2026
FORT MYERS, Fla. – DRMP has hired Manny Perez, PE, as General Civil senior project manager, further strengthening its Civil Services team in Southwest Florida. In this role, Perez will lead business development efforts and support the firm’s continued growth in the region.
Perez brings a well-rounded background in general civil engineering and transportation with experience in private- and public-sector infrastructure projects. On the public sector side, he served as assistant director for the Department of Capital Projects and Economic Development for the Town of Medley. In the private sector, he served as vice president of engineering for a regional engineering and surveying firm. His expertise includes project management, quality control, and the successful delivery of complex infrastructure initiatives.
At DRMP, Perez will focus on supporting his team’s efforts to grow the Fort Myers office while helping identify and pursue new business opportunities. He will contribute to the General Civil Department by upholding project delivery standards, optimizing resources, and positioning the team to successfully secure and execute projects throughout Southwest Florida.
“I’m excited to join the Fort Myers team and be part of its continued growth,” Perez said. “There is already a strong foundation in place, and I look forward to working together to build on that success.”
Perez points to strong potential in the region’s public infrastructure market, particularly as funding continues to support critical investments in stormwater systems, utilities, and transportation networks to accommodate ongoing growth. He plans to approach business development by strengthening DRMP’s presence in key markets and building relationships that lead to new opportunities.
Known for his collaborative approach, Perez is committed to being a dependable team player and a resource for colleagues and clients.
“We’re excited to welcome Manny to the team,” Fort Myers Office Leader Paul Benvie, PE, said. “His perspective and experience will complement our existing strengths and help us continue delivering high-quality solutions to our clients.”
