Tallahassee, Fla. – DRMP is pleased to announce the addition of Don Padgett, PE, as Senior Project Manager in DRMP’s Transportation Division. Don will be responsible for project management, business development, marketing for municipal clients and quality assurance/quality control.
Padgett has 26 years of experience and graduated from Florida State University with a Bachelor of Science degree in Civil Engineering, as well as a Bachelor of Science degree in Secondary Mathematics Education. He brings a strong background in roadway, bridge and PD&E projects. He also has extensive experience in transportation engineering, specifically in the areas of project management, geometrics, drainage, environmental permitting and traffic control plans design. Don is licensed in Florida and Georgia for professional engineering.
“I look forward to contributing over 26 years of FDOT design and project management experience to an already incredibly strong DRMP team,” said Padgett. “My goal is to use my experience and client relationships to increase the number of projects we win and make the high quality of our deliverables even better.”
Padgett’s work will mainly be focused on strengthening DRMP’s relationship with the Florida Department of Transportation’s (FDOT) Districts Two and Three.
