Orlando, Fla. – DRMP is proud to announce that Orville Williams has been promoted to Service Support Manager/Cyber Security Specialist. In this new role, Williams will be responsible for managing and leading DRMP’s team of technical support analysts, directing and prioritizing service requests received in the Information Systems (IS) helpdesk, maintaining overall satisfaction with helpdesk services and being a part of the firm’s cybersecurity team. He will also have a role in the new hire onboarding process, ensuring new staff members are equipped with the technology needed to do their job from their first day of work.
Williams has 20 years of information technologies (IT) experience, including in the A/E/C industry. He has a Bachelor of Science degree in Computer Engineering, along with various IT certifications.

Williams will also work closely with the firm’s security vendors and technology to make sure DRMP’s systems and employees are safe and secure.
