Jacksonville, Fla. – Congratulations to DRMP Jacksonville Project Manager Randy Tompkins, PSM, PLS, who was installed to his fourth term as the Society of American Military Engineers (SAME) Jax Post Director of Rewards and Recognition. In this role, he assists the Post President in recognizing members who have supported the chapter throughout the year. Tompkins also coordinates all of the chapter’s community involvement and educational efforts to be considered for recognition at the SAME National level.

While a benefit of being a part of a professional organization is networking, he said SAME also supports his desire to give back.

“Being a part of SAME is a great way to consistently meet with your peers in the industry and understand the current trends and issues, but I also look at it as a way to give back to the profession,” he said.
