Orlando, Fla. – To support DRMP’s strategic growth, the firm is pleased to announce Courtney Burdett has joined the team as a Talent Acquisition Specialist at its headquarters in Orlando, Fla. In this role, Burdett will be responsible for sourcing and screening candidates, connecting them with hiring managers and helping them make DRMP their employment destination.
Backed by DRMP, Burdett is one of three additional talent acquisition specialists hired to support the firm’s goals of strategic growth and expansion. Two of the hires are backed by DRMP’s equity partner Trilon Group.
Prior to joining DRMP, Burdett worked as a technical recruiter for a large firm in Washington, D.C. and was responsible for finding software engineers for government contractors and private companies. Burdett earned a Bachelor of Arts degree in Communication from Virginia Tech.
In her new role, Burdett will look for candidates who are excited about their work and eager to assist in DRMP’s strategic growth plan.
