DRMP Elevates Business Services Leaders to Chief Officer Roles

In alignment with its strategy for growth and expansion, DRMP is pleased to announce that its Accounting, Human Resources, Information Systems, and Marketing business services leaders have been promoted to Chief Officers. Their elevation is a part of DRMP’s strategic plan initiated nearly two years ago to provide opportunities for employee growth and expansion of its services and client base.

DRMP’s new Chief Officers have been integral to DRMP being a leading firm in the A/E/C industry, said DRMP Chief Operations Officer Glenn Lusink, PSM.

“As part of the new organizational structure, I’m excited for each of these individuals as they have demonstrated a track record of leading their departments and supporting the success of DRMP,” Lusink said. “I’m completely confident in each of their abilities to support the firm’s future growth initiatives.”


Congratulations to DRMP’s Chief Officers:

Chief Information Officer Chris Cantrell joined DRMP in 2003 and was promoted to IS Department Manager in 2008. In 2017, DRMP’s Board of Directors elected Cantrell as a firm Vice President. Cantrell’s 19 years of digital technology experience has been key in forging digital collaboration, innovation, and delivery of services companywide.

Cantrell said technology amplifies and multiplies DRMP’s vision and values.
“I am extremely grateful and excited to be a part of the firm’s digital transformation. I am surrounded by an amazing team and we have made it our mission to reach people where they are and connect them, the technologies, and tools to be their best,” he said. “This new role as CIO allows us to reach further, connect deeper and multiply our impact to those we serve.”

Chief Marketing Officer Lisa Greene, CPSM, joined the firm in 1994 and was named Marketing Department Manager in 2004. In 2017, DRMP’s Board of Directors appointed Greene as a DRMP Vice President. In 2002, she earned her accreditation as a Certified Professional Services Marketer (CPSM) from the Society of Marketing Professional Services. She leads a growing team of marketing professionals, graphic designers and communications specialists focused on showcasing what differentiates DRMP.

“I am excited to embrace my new role as CMO at DRMP. Along with my dynamic team, we will continue to maximize strategies and set industry trends through branding, creating compelling communications, and supporting the firm to win impactful projects that enhance the communities we serve,” said Greene.
 

 • Chief Financial Officer James Krygowski, CPA, joined DRMP in 2012 as a Senior Financial Analyst with a focus on budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting for the firm. He was promoted to Accounting Manager in 2015, named DRMP Controller by DRMP’s Board of Directors in 2017, was elected as a Vice President, and completed his Certified Public Accountant (CPA) exam in 2020. With Krygowski at the helm, the accounting team has adopted a strategic focus on the firm’s financial health.

“I am thrilled to step into the CFO role at DRMP at this exciting time in our company’s history.  Our Accounting and Finance team has worked diligently to be strategic, flexible, and forward-leaning, and that will continue to be our focus,” he said.  “We are looking forward to helping DRMP accelerate growth, meet strategic planning goals, and create value for our stakeholders.”

Chief People Officer Tracie Samillano, SHRM-SCP, PHR, joined the firm in 1994 and rose through the ranks to become the firm’s Human Resources Department Manager in 2003. Samillano is a Society for Human Resource Management Senior Certified HR Professional and a Certified Professional Human Resource of the Human Resource Certification Institute. In her nearly 20 years overseeing the firm’s HR Department, Samillano has instituted the best resources, training, and benefits to ensure the firm’s employees are working in a rewarding and safe work environment. 

“I’m honored to serve as DRMP’s Chief People Officer and continue to support our “people first” approach by providing a solid foundation through quality talent acquisition, training, and employee engagement," she said.
