Orlando, Fla. – DRMP ranked No. 21 on the “Top Midsized Companies 2022” list as part of the Orlando Sentinel’s Top Workplaces program. The rankings are gathered through anonymous employee questionnaires that were sent out earlier in the year and DRMP employees gave their responses.

“I’m excited to be ranked in the top 30 Top Places to work in Orlando,” said Tracie Samillano, SHRM-SCP, PHR, DRMP Chief People Officer. “Knowing that this ranking comes from employee feedback makes me proud, especially because we are constantly striving to provide a positive working environment for our staff.”

The Orlando Sentinel’s goal when curating this list is to identify the top Central Florida companies and what employees say make them great places to work. More than 1,000 Central Florida employers were invited to participate and have their employees take the survey.

Surveying for the program was done from February through May. The survey went out to 78,268 employees and 36,542 responded. Only 106 employers earned recognition as Top Workplaces in Orlando.

Thanks to its employees DRMP has been nominated three years in a row and is one of the A/E/C firms in the Top 30 of the ‘Midsized Companies’ category.
