Director of Administration

Nicole Baker serves as Director of Administration and joined DRMP in 2017. She supports the president and oversees the firm’s fleet and administrative operations, including facilities management, office services and administrative support, to ensure offices have the resources they need to operate efficiently. She also leads the administrative team, supporting its growth and development while improving processes.
