DRMP Targets Southeast Expansion and ITS Innovation Following 2025 Growth Summit
April 30th, 2025
Earlier this month, DRMP leaders gathered at the firm's headquarters in Orlando, Fla., for its inaugural Growth Summit, providing a valuable opportunity for leaders across all market sectors to come together to identify growth opportunities and align on DRMP’s vision for future growth.
The two-day summit included established and emerging leaders who exchanged ideas on cross-sector collaboration, strengthening client relationships, and learning more about each other through team building – all to reinforce the firm’s shared vision.
Where DRMP is Headed and How it’s Getting There
Over the course of the summit, DRMP’s leaders focused on expanding the firm’s regional footprint and enhancing its niche service offerings. Leaders identified several key markets with strong momentum – including the Carolinas, Florida, and Georgia – and committed to doubling down in those areas. The summit also spotlighted high-growth sectors, such as Intelligent Transportation Systems (ITS), which continue to gain traction and present new opportunities.
Expanding into new markets matters, but it’s DRMP’s people who turn ambition into reality. The firm is investing heavily in learning and development to give its team members more pathways to grow their careers as DRMP grows. It’s about building clear, actionable plans for advancement and helping employees realize their full potential.
Innovation, Sustainability, and Alignment
Innovation and sustainability are top priorities. They help DRMP deliver more value to clients, attract top-tier talent, and build resilience in an ever-changing market.
Summit participants also had insightful conversations about how they work internally. From better cross-sector collaboration to clearer priorities and stronger organizational alignment, they will be more committed to working smarter together. When every team member is moving in the same direction with a clear path, that’s when real momentum happens.
Turning Plans into Action
One of the biggest takeaways from the summit? Growth doesn’t happen in a vacuum. It takes all employees – across all markets and roles – staying focused and following through on commitments.
Leaders left the summit equipped with insights, feedback, and clarity needed to prioritize strategic goals and refine action plans. Now, the real work begins – turning ideas into actions and sustaining the momentum they’ve built.
DRMP plans to measure its success following the summit by tracking progress through key metrics and engaging its employees for constructive feedback. The firm also will closely monitor how it expands its geographical presence and enhance service offerings.
The Growth Summit made it clear that what lies ahead is full of potential, and it will take every employee to shape it. With the passion, ideas, and dedication that filled the room, DRMP is more than ready for the journey ahead.
