FDOT District Seven Survey Support Services

FDOT District Seven needed to compress their engineering design schedules and selected DRMP to provide advanced surveying and mapping services ahead of the various designs. Advanced surveying and mapping services include:  right-of-way control surveys and maps, engineering design surveys and environmental and wetland surveys.

DRMP created a large team of surveying and mapping professionals from internal staff resources and subconsultants to address the workload based on location to the project, availability of staff and specialized services provided. The result was an agile team that was ready to complete multiple large projects simultaneously.

DRMP’s approach allowed the Department to quickly issue multiple task work orders while at the same time compressing overall project schedules.
