DRMP Continues Investment in Learning and Development with Addition of Instructional Designer

February 13th, 2025

ORLANDO, Fla. – DRMP has hired Instructional Designer Keelyn Taylor on its Learning and Development (L&D) team to enhance employee growth and strengthen the firm’s learning culture. This strategic hire is part of DRMP’s ongoing commitment to investing in its employees and supporting their career development. As technology evolves and skill gaps widen, firms that prioritize upskilling employees and a strong learning culture are better positioned to retain talent and stay ahead.

Taylor will be responsible for designing engaging and effective learning experiences. This includes conducting needs assessments to identify and address learning gaps, collaborating with subject matter experts and educators, and developing comprehensive curricula. She will also create high-quality instructional materials and diverse instructional content to enhance learning outcomes. Taylor earned a doctorate in sociology from the University of Florida and was a speaker at TEDxUF’s 15th annual conference: Odyssey.

She said she pursued the instructional designer role at DRMP for its exciting opportunities.

“The Instructional Designer position offers me the chance to grow alongside a dynamic Learning and Development team while building on my experience as an educator and facilitator,” she said. “I am most excited to make a direct impact on enhancing the learning outcomes and experiences of those at DRMP.”

DRMP’s investment in L&D reflects its understanding of how important continuous learning is for staying competitive in the A/E/C industry.

Director of Human Resources Jessica Leard said Taylor’s expertise in education and curriculum development makes her a valuable addition to the L&D team.

“Keelyn’s background in sociology and her experience as an educator bring a fresh perspective to our Learning and Development initiatives,” Leard said. “Her passion for creating impactful learning experiences will help us continue fostering a culture of growth and professional development at DRMP.”
