Osceola County Advanced Traffic Management System Phases 1, 2 and 3

Osceola County Advanced Traffic Management System Phases 1, 2 and 3 was a $7 million project located throughout Osceola County, Florida. The County needed a firm to provide Construction Engineering and Inspection (CEI) for the implementation of Intelligent Transportation System (ITS) features.

DRMP was selected to provide oversight for 33.5-miles of improvements. This project consisted of ITS, fiber backbone, DMSs, 30 CCTV cameras and hub. The DRMP team provided a strong knowledge of the ITS installation and networking to be constructed and the hands-on experience to provide contract administration, construction inspection, technical support and system integration and testing. We provided on-site inspection during construction and met with the contractor on a weekly and as-needed basis to ensure schedule control measures were taken.

DRMP used quality and cost control measures to achieve maximum cost effectiveness. Our team provided the available quality and quantity of staff to meet and exceed the owners project expectations, documentation requirements, coordination, contract administration, inspection and engineering management needs.
