Central Florida Research Park

Central Florida Research Park is the largest, most successful research and development park in Florida.
It consists of 1,260-acres of mixed use and industrial buildings and infrastructure.  DRMP has served as a continuing services consultant for the past three decades providing all services related to DRI/ADA, surveying, roadway, stormwater management, water and wastewater treatment, distribution and collection design, comprehensive civil engineering services, traffic operations design, signalization and construction observation.

Currently, our projects for the park include performing inspections of the entire master drainage system, advising on maintenance and providing updated certifications to St. Johns River Water Management District (SJRWMD). DRMP is also performing a pavement assessment to prepare a prioritized list of mill and overlays to include in their annual allotted budget.

The Central Florida Research Park is home to a $4 billion modeling, simulation and training industry. It is estimated that this industry supports up to 13,000 jobs.  Maintaining an infrastructure that can support the modeling and other technical industries is vital to this community.
