DRMP was tasked with providing site development design for a proposed hotel site in Orange County, Florida. The 249-room hotel is situated on a 4.5-acre site and is part of a master planned community across the street from the Orange County Convention Center.

DRMP worked with a team of design consultants through site planning, from initial building placement to final engineering details. DRMP's creative stormwater management approach maximized restricted space on-site and improved the overall site layout.

The result was an integrated site where the overall master development, site grading, stormwater management and site access worked in unison to provide an improved development.
