DRMP provided civil engineering for the preliminary planning and final engineering of the Crescent Gateway Multifamily Project. The project includes a 249-unit apartment complex, three, 3-story townhome style buildings and on-site surface parking.

DRMP provided site design, paving and grading, water and sewer and stormwater management design. Through thorough coordination, the design was able to stay in compliance with the master plan to ensure internal roads represented the urban feel of the master development and encouraged pedestrian connective to the rest of the mixed-use development. The resulting development provided the “live work play” environment sought by the local agency.
