Adamson Creek Phase 1B/1C

Gibraltar Capital and Asset Management Services needed professional assistance for the final design, planning and permitting of two phases of the Adamson Creek community in the City of Cocoa. The project included a single family residential development, with utility services, stormwater management, paving and grading and all other aspects of a residential development.

DRMP is responsible for the design and permitting of 249-lots in Phase IB and IC of the subdivision including, planning, coordination with the owner and developer. Engineers prepared site civil construction documents using AutoCAD Civil 3D including, stormwater, paving, grading and drainage, stormwater permitting, site plan approval and permitting through the City of Cocoa. The water main was hydraulically modeled using WaterGEMS and manifolded lift station modeling using SewerCAD Florida Department of Environmental Protection (FDEP) wastewater permitting and certifications, and coordination of a joint pond necessary for I-95.

DRMP continues to consult with Gibraltar Capital for continuing improvements to the subdivision and development of future phases of the subdivision.
