DRMP was selected by Integra Village, LLC to provide civil engineering design services for a 209-unit apartment complex. The site required special attention due to access and building setbacks from existing site constraints.  

Our team provided master planning, civil site infrastructure development, permitting and extensive coordination with the project’s Development Review Committee to make this project a success. Additional design considerations were incorporated into the layout of the complex to accommodate property owners adjacent to the site. Residents are enjoying a Class-A apartment complex with major job centers nearby, including Verizon Communication’s accounting hubs and Deloitte’s IT operations center.
