TAMPA, Fla. – DRMP Project Manager Bruno Arriola, PE, ENV SP, has been named President of the American Society of Highway Engineers (ASHE) Tampa Bay Chapter after previously serving in various positions in the past eight years.
As President, Arriola plans to continue the work of past presidents, build a strong foundation for future ASHE members, and help increase membership and member involvement in the chapter. Arriola will also help organize the Transportation Supersession Conference in 2025 hosted by the ASHE Tampa Bay chapter. Under Arriola’s leadership, the Tampa Bay chapter will be proactive in holding luncheons and social gatherings to raise funds for future chapter events.
“I’m sincerely grateful for my nomination and selection to serve as President of this important society,” Arriola said. “ASHE has been the prime society for professionals in our Transportation industry, so naturally this is a very exciting opportunity, and I’m looking forward to this new experience.”
Arriola is excited about the opportunity to develop new relationships with other professionals in the industry and gain new insights. He encourages young professionals to get involved as much as possible.
