Amanda Snyder Serves as DRMP Marketing Group Leader
January 30th, 2024
RALEIGH, N.C. – To further advance DRMP’s business development initiatives, the firm has designated Amanda Snyder as Marketing Group Leader.
In this role, Snyder assists the Marketing Manager in overseeing the daily tasks of the Marketing Department’s Pursuits team, ensures top-notch work, contributes to content creation and project pursuits, and manages the team’s workload. She also assists with quality control, mentoring, leading meetings, managing closeout activities, using Customer Relationship Management (CRM) systems for accurate marketing data, and collaborating on process improvements with the Marketing Manager.
Snyder, based in Raleigh, N.C., joined the firm after DRMP’s recent merger with Ramey Kemp Associates (RKA). She brings a wealth of experience from RKA where she worked for nearly two years and started as a Senior Marketing Associate before quickly ascending to Marketing and Proposal Manager.
She said her goal as DRMP’s Marketing Group Leader is to help assist the Marketing team and technical staff with business development improvements and project wins.
“I want to improve the overall experience by building processes and libraries that boost communication and organization,” Snyder said. “I’ve got a knack for streamlining processes and plan to bring that skill into this role. I love winning, so I’m keen on upping the team’s project win rate by collecting data and being strategic.”
Prior to working in the A/E/C industry, Snyder taught pre-k and kindergarten for eight years. After leaving her career in education, Snyder became a Marketing and Promotions Manager for a national insurance company and oversaw local events, including professional sporting events for the Carolina Hurricanes ice hockey team. She also trained the company’s regional offices on how to market to car dealerships.
“I happily leaped to the A/E/C industry during the pandemic and haven’t looked back,” she said. “Joining the DRMP Marketing team is a fantastic opportunity I am thrilled about. I have not been part of such a strong pursuits team before, and I can’t wait to dive in. I repeatedly tell my colleagues they’re rock stars, and I genuinely value the awesomeness they bring to the team. Managing a team like this? Count me in.”
DRMP Marketing Manager Nicole Drylie said Snyder’s impact on the Marketing team has already proven to be an invaluable asset.
“Amanda is an exciting addition to our team,” Drylie said. “She brings a wealth of experience from the A/E/C industry, and without a doubt, her contributions have swiftly established her as a key asset to the Marketing team.”
