BOCA RATON, Fla. – DRMP has promoted Kelly Stout to Business Development Specialist for its Survey Market Sector.
In this role, Stout will work alongside DRMP’s regional survey managers to help grow the firm’s Surveying and Mapping department to expand its municipal services reach in South Florida.
“We have such a great presence in South Florida with the Florida Department of Transportation and Florida’s Turnpike,” Stout said. “There’s a great opportunity for DRMP to grow in providing surveying and mapping services for municipalities in the region. I’ll be working to establish relationships with various municipalities to build on our presence in South Florida.”
Stout started her career with DRMP in 2021 as Office Manager for the firm’s Boca Raton, Fla., office. She has been working in business development for 10 years during her career at a previous firm and while at DRMP. Stout’s promotion now gives her the opportunity to focus on Business Development full-time and have more of an impact, she said.

As Office Manager, Stout assisted with project proposals and opening projects to support DRMP’s Survey team. She also began working more closely with DRMP’s General Civil Municipal Market Sector.
Stout's opportunity to help grow the Survey Market Sector allows for DRMP to expand its statewide influence amongst a diversified client base ranging from local municipalities to state agencies. With this promotion, DRMP will be able to leverage Stout's marketing and business development skills.
