ORLANDO, Fla. – DRMP has promoted Vice President Jim Beck, PE, AICP, ENV SP, to new Chief Strategy Officer as it continues to increase its presence throughout the Southeast region.
In this new role, Beck will be responsible for working with leadership across DRMP and its transportation platform partners to envision, develop, and implement strategies that drive long-term success. He will also continue his role as DRMP’s Southeast Regional Leader.
“I am honored and humbled to help DRMP realize its vision and cultivate synergies across the Trilon Transportation Platform through collaboration with our Trilon family of firms,” Beck said. “I’m excited to work with DRMP’s regional leaders to accelerate growth of our services across the markets we serve.”
Beck began his career at DRMP in 1998 and recently celebrated his 25th anniversary with the firm. He started with DRMP as an Engineer II and worked his way up to an Area Leader, Office Leader, and Vice President before being promoted to Chief Strategy Officer. Beck also serves on the firm’s Steering Committee and was responsible for opening and growing DRMP’s operations in North Carolina.
