Guiding DRMP’s future is a significant responsibility, and it is also personal. We have shared in DRMP’s success and resilience with our amazing and dedicated employees and clients and together have achieved recognition as one of the top A/E/C firms in the Southeast United States. Even still, we knew we could accomplish more for our employees and expand DRMP’s reach.

Three years ago, our leaders worked together to develop strategic initiatives to reach new levels of growth that would provide our staff with more career opportunities and resources and help the firm to realize its full potential.

One of our strategic initiatives was to partner with someone to aide in our growth aspirations and provide greater opportunities for our employees. As you’ll read in this issue’s Featured Story, DRMP is realizing those initiatives. We have experienced overall growth in our employee base as well as our overall revenue and an increase in resources and career opportunities for our staff. Our geographical reach is expanding and project collaboration opportunities with other partner firms within Trilon’s family of companies are ramping up. It’s not all business. We’re making great connections by coming together for community involvement activities and supporting those in need.

I am excited for all that is to come in our capabilities, reach, and opportunities for DRMP, our excellent staff, and our clients. This significant milestone further confirms that we made the right decision for the firm and our employees.
