DRMP Hires Jason Cashion as Senior Manager of Production Technology
August 3rd, 2023
ORLANDO, Fla. – DRMP has hired Jason Cashion as Senior Manager of Production Technology in the firm’s Information Systems (IS) Department to support its strategic growth plan and committed investment in staff and advanced technology.
In this role, Cashion will elevate DRMP’s production technology landscape, placing special emphasis on Bentley/Autodesk Products, such as ProjectWise and Civil3D. Beyond ensuring optimal performance, Cashion will offer unparalleled support for the firm’s production tools while also fostering a culture of continuous learning. He will also be at the forefront, diligently exploring emerging technological advancements in the A/E/C industry to identify and recommend the most practical business applications.
“True innovation requires more than just tools and systems; it demands the vision, passion, and dedication of exceptional individuals,” DRMP Chief Information Officer Chris Cantrell said. “With Jason Cashion leading as our new Senior Production Technology Manager, we show our commitment to investing in experienced people so we can harness the full potential of technology."
Cashion has 26 years of experience in the Transportation Design industry, including 12 years in IS support/CAD administration. His overall goal is to meet customer satisfaction.
“I want to help create a primed and positive atmosphere that excites employees in our approach to learning and development,” Cashion said. “I’m overwhelmed with the excitement I have starting work with DRMP. I’m hoping to provide an immediate positive impact to users’ support needs and work hard together to continue to succeed and stay at the forefront of production technology.”
Cashion said he chose DRMP for his next career move because of the firm’s longstanding reputation of respect and professionalism in the transportation industry.
“We have a very impressive roster of long-term employees with unending success stories,” he said. “People really love working here, and that directly attributes to the enthusiastic leadership and support that DRMP provides. My choice was made easy.”
Cashion’s supervisor, DRMP Cloud Infrastructure Manager Michael Martin, said Cashion’s fresh perspective will help DRMP to review existing processes and identify opportunities for improvement.
“Jason’s experience within the A/E/C industry combined with his exceptional understanding of the Bentley software suite will continue to drive DRMP toward greater efficiencies and innovations,” Martin said.
