Long-term commitment is honored through the Loyalty Club, which highlights employees with over 20 years of service.

Wellness that Works

DRMP’s wellness program shares practical health tips on the firm’s intranet, covering topics such as mental health, better sleep, and overall wellness. Employees also have access to webinars that provide helpful information on health and well-being for additional tools to support a balanced lifestyle.

The program motivates employees to stay active and healthy through fitness and step challenges, water intake goals, and wellness bingo games. Participants who meet their goals have an opportunity to win valuable prizes, making it a fun and motivating way to stay accountable.

Giving Back Together

Community involvement is also an important part of DRMP’s culture. Through the DRMPCares program, employees take part in charitable efforts that support STEM education, health, and children in need. This is done through donation drives or hands-on volunteer events.

One example is the biennial Bike Build held at the firm’s Orlando headquarters. During the event, employees assemble new bicycles purchased by the firm, which are then donated to The Howard Phillips Center for Children and Families, the firm's community involvement partner. The bikes help children get to school and support parents who rely on them for commuting to work.

Employees also participate in a firm-sponsored Corporate 5K, blending wellness with community support. Other activities include volunteering at food banks and shelters, preparing and serving meals to the needy, and organizing school supply drives for charities.
