CEI On-Call Services (NCDOT Division 12)

The NCDOT Statesville Resident Office needed a private engineering firm to provide Construction Engineering Inspection (CEI) services for several projects in Iredell and Alexander counties.

DRMP provided construction inspection services in a variety of roles from entry level Inspectors to Assistant Resident Engineers with the appropriate skills and qualifications to perform contract administration, inspection, materials sampling, materials testing, documentation of pay quantities and claims avoidance.  Our staff is integrated with the NCDOT’s Statesville Resident staff working as one team to complete each assignment in accordance with Division 12 expectations.

The CEI services assured NCDOT Division 12 that projects such as the recently completed I-77 Pavement Rehabilitation Project near I-40, numerous resurfacing contracts, bridge rehabilitation (Latex overlay) and bridge replacements were constructed in accordance with contract documents and client expectations.
