Melbourne Airport Continuing Services

The Melbourne Airport Authority (MAA) required a firm to provide continuing environmental services for various assigned tasks at the Orlando Melbourne International Airport (MLB).

DRMP is the prime consultant providing environmental planning and ecological services for MLB, which is the largest airport in Brevard County, Florida with more than 122,655 flight operations in 2016.  Services include, but are not limited to, wetland delineations and evaluations, wildlife surveys, sensitive habitat impact analysis, identification of permitting requirements and mitigation options, state and federal agency coordination, and preparation of documents in accordance with the National Environmental Policy Act (NEPA).

DRMP’s Environmental team gathered data so that the MAA could make more environmentally informed decisions regarding airport operations and development.
