Urbana Apartments at Hunter's Creek

The project needed modification to the existing site’s infrastructure. Since the site sits approximately 1,000 feet from South John Young Parkway the client requested an off-site site directional sign be permitted along South John Young Parkway.

DRMP was responsible for overseeing permitting, infrastructure design and construction for Phase II, a 130-unit luxury apartment building. The project site currently has two existing apartment buildings containing 110-units with infrastructure designed for an additional two buildings. The developer revised the site plan to construct a single building instead of the two buildings originally planned. This involved a redesign of the infrastructure to accommodate the new layout. Infrastructure included an exfiltration trench designed to treat the stormwater prior to discharge into the Hunter’s Creek Master Stormwater System. The site was repermitted through South Florida Water Management District (SFWMD), Orange County Development Review Committee, Orange County Commercial Permitting, Hunter’s Creek Home Owner’s Association and the Florida Department of Environmental Protection (FDEP).
