Hills at Minneola Apartments

The Skorman Group sought civil engineering experts for the design and development of plans for the Hills at Minneola Apartments complex. The development also included roadway design for Gatewood Avenue which leads into the apartment complex site.

DRMP was responsible for the design of this project which featured a 297-unit apartment building complex that consisted of 10, 3-story buildings and on-site surface parking.  The project is part of a larger PUD (Hills of Minneola) and is within close proximity to the proposed “town center.” The site was meticulously graded to provide positive runoff to the proposed stormwater treatment facility and to minimize the use of retaining walls where possible.

Staff provided the needed services successfully and paid special attention to the pedestrian trail system that connects the master development, making it accessible to an adjacent nearby school site.
