DRMP Promotes Leanne Amos to HR Leadership Role Focused on Employee Growth and Culture
June 4th, 2025
ORLANDO, Fla. – Leanne Amos has been promoted from human resources (HR) specialist to human resources supervisor, reflecting DRMP’s commitment to fostering employee growth and supporting career advancement.
In her new role, Amos will lead efforts to strengthen the firm’s workplace culture by guiding employee relations, ensuring compliance with labor laws, and supporting the rollout of a new performance management system. She will also supervise HR staff, manage key reporting and documentation, and lead the development and communication of HR policies and procedures.
Since joining DRMP in 2021, Amos has held the positions of HR administrative assistant, HR coordinator, and HR specialist. She said her goals in her new position are to strengthen team leadership skills by providing mentorship and guidance to HR staff; enhance employee support and engagement; and support Human Resources Director Jessica Leard in the day-to-day operations, while identifying areas where additional support is needed and offer solutions to help achieve department goals.
“Being promoted to human resources supervisor is an honor and a reflection of the growth, hard work, and risks I’ve taken since changing careers,” Amos said. Before transitioning into HR, she spent 14 years building a successful career as an administrative assistant and office manager at other companies. “Being promoted to human resources supervisor is incredibly meaningful to me,” she said. “It represents how far I’ve come since making the leap into a new career after 14 years in a different role.”
Leard said Amos has consistently demonstrated a strong commitment to the success and integrity of not only the Human Resources Department but also the broader mission of DRMP.
“Throughout a period of considerable transition over the past two years, Leanne has remained a steady and positive presence,” Leard said. “Her willingness to step in wherever needed, along with her proactive support of team members, has been instrumental in maintaining continuity and morale within our department. She has taken the lead in training new HR personnel, ensuring that each new team member is well-equipped to contribute effectively. The positive feedback I regularly receive about her reflects the high regard in which she is held by colleagues at all levels.”
