Edmundo Rubio and Remy Vincent Promoted to Creative Art Directors at DRMP, Strengthening Visual Brand Identity and Marketing Leadership

February 19th, 2025

ORLANDO, Fla. – Senior graphic designers Edmundo Rubio and Remy Vincent have been promoted to Creative Art Directors in DRMP’s Marketing and Communications Department where they will lead the creative process for visually engaging graphics that shape the firm’s brand identity and marketing message.

Rubio oversees graphics for the Corporate Communications team, while Vincent leads graphic design for the project Pursuits team within the Marketing and Communications Department.

Rubio’s responsibilities involve developing and refining visual design concepts for print, digital, and multimedia projects. He creates and maintains design guidelines and templates to ensure consistent visual output across the firm while aligning all designs with DRMP’s brand and overall aesthetic. Additionally, he produces internal and external graphics for corporate communications and mentors graphic designers.

“In my new role, I’m excited to elevate our communications team through high-level advertising campaigns that demand creativity and strategic thinking,” Rubio said. “I’m committed to enhancing DRMP’s internal and external communications, setting a higher standard for our work, and helping position DRMP as a leading firm in the A/E/C industry.”

Vincent leads pursuit design direction, overseeing the creation of pursuit-related materials and collaborating with Rubio to unify DRMP’s brand. He also mentors graphic designers and facilitates open communication between technical staff and marketing coordinators to ensure pursuit visuals are cohesive.

“This promotion represents an opportunity to strengthen teamwork and foster more open communication between the technical staff and pursuits team,” Vincent said.  “I see my role evolving into a more strategic leadership position where I  can grow my skills as a mentor and guide my team toward success while ensuring collaboration and alignment across departments.”

Rubio said one of his proudest achievements so far working at DRMP is the impact of the firm’s LIVE LOUD LiDAR campaign highlighting the work of the firm’s survey services, which has energized the entire survey team. “Redesigning the company’s mobile LiDAR trucks was another achievement I’m proud of and hearing how much the staff loves the new truck design is the best feedback a designer could ask for,” he said.

Corporate Communications Manager Julia Lindstedt said Rubio has been a driving force in elevating DRMP’s visual communications.

"His ability to blend creativity with strategy has not only strengthened our brand identity but has also inspired the team to aim higher,” she said. “Edmundo’s dedication and contributions make him deserving of this promotion, and we’re excited to see how he’ll continue to shape our communications moving forward.”

One of Vincent’s highlights working at DRMP is redesigning and upgrading the firm’s pursuits template for winning work.

“One achievement I’m particularly proud of is leading the template design for pursuits where I developed a new design language and layout for proposals,” he said.  “Collaborating with my team of graphic designers, we elevated the overall look and feel of our pursuits, ensuring a more polished, cohesive, and visually compelling design.”

Marketing Manager Nicole Drylie said Vincent has been an invaluable asset to the Pursuits team.

"His leadership in redesigning our proposal templates has not only elevated the visual quality of our pursuits but has also set a new standard for design excellence,” she said.  “He continues to be a role model for our graphic designers, inspiring creativity and collaboration across the team. His hard work, dedication, and ability to consistently exceed expectations make him more than deserving of this promotion."
