The Top Workplaces for Engineers award honors companies that prioritize employee well-being, innovation, and a supportive workplace culture.
The list recognizes 35 large, midsize, and small companies committed to creating positive and sustainable work environments for engineering professionals across various industries.
The award is based on employee feedback collected through the Energage Workplace Survey, a research-driven tool that evaluates workplace culture. To be eligible, companies must have at least 35 engineers on staff or engineers representing at least 10 percent of their workforce.
DRMP also recently received a USA Today 2025 Top Workplace award and the firm’s Jacksonville, Fla., office also was named The Jacksonville Top Workplaces for 2025 winner by The Florida Times-Union.
