The HealthSouth Corporation sought civil engineering services for an 80-bed rehabilitation hospital development. The project was planned to be completed in two phases. The first phase included a facility with 50 beds and the administration offices. The second phase included a 30-bed expansion.

DRMP provided site civil design and permitting for both phases of the project.  Project elements included site plan revisions, engineering design and permitting with St. Johns River Water Management District (SJRWMD), Florida Department of Environmental (FDEP), and the City of Altamonte Springs.  

The facility was a great addition to the Gateway Center in Altamonte Springs. The project complemented the existing shopping center and provides a great service to the area.
