DRMP was tasked with providing civil engineering design services for PruittHealth’s Skilled Nursing Facility, a 97-bed building in Fleming Island, Florida. Many tasks, including permitting and regulatory standards, had to be completed before construction on the new facility began.

To get the green light for construction, DRMP assisted the client in securing changes to an existing Development of Regional Impact (DRI) and through required zoning amendments. This allowed for final engineering to be processed and permits to be finalized.

DRMP’s site design, permitting and construction administration helped the facility meet local and Agency for Health Care Administration requirements and move forward with construction.
