DRMP Promotes Samantha Bruce to New Safety Coordinator Role

October 8th, 2025

ORLANDO, Fla. – DRMP has promoted Samantha Bruce from human resources administrative assistant to the newly created role of safety coordinator as part of the firm’s commitment to building a stronger safety culture and maintaining a compliant work environment.

The new role supports a more consistent and proactive approach to safety across all offices and field operations.

“As DRMP continues to grow, it became increasingly important to have a dedicated team member focused on managing safety processes, supporting compliance, coordinating investigations, and creating a culture of safety awareness throughout the company,” DRMP Human Resources Supervisor Leanne Amos said.

In this role, Bruce will develop and implement safety initiatives, investigate workplace accidents and near-misses, stay updated on safety regulations, and ensure DRMP’s ongoing compliance. She also acts as a role model and advocate for workplace safety, serving on DRMP’s Safety Committee to promote collaboration and accountability across departments.

“I’m excited to make a real impact on supporting the wellbeing of our employees,” Bruce said. “As safety coordinator, I have the opportunity to proactively identify risks, implement solutions, and foster a culture where safety is a shared value. I look forward to working closely with employees, building trust, and encouraging open communication about safety concerns.”

Her top priorities include understanding the current safety landscape, strengthening relationships, enhancing training and awareness, and boosting compliance and prevention efforts.

Bruce plans to establish clear, accessible channels for employees to anonymously report hazards or raise concerns. She will promote training and awareness, recognize departments and individuals who demonstrate strong safety habits, ensure consistent safety policies across all offices, track progress, and maintain transparency throughout the process.

Amos said Bruce is a strong fit for the safety coordinator role because she brings attention to detail and a thorough understanding of DRMP’s operations.

"Samantha has demonstrated exceptional organizational skills and a proactive approach to problem-solving, which are essential in managing safety initiatives and ensuring timely follow-up on incidents and action items,” she said.  “Her ability to communicate effectively across teams makes her well-equipped to lead safety efforts and support both field and office staff."
