DRMP Promotes Kim Sadowski, PE, RSP 1, to Assistant Roadway Group Leader
June 19th, 2025
ORLANDO, Fla. – DRMP has promoted Kim Sadowski, PE, RSP1, from roadway project manager to assistant roadway group leader at its Orlando headquarters, recognizing her proven leadership and 24-year track record of delivering impactful transportation solutions.
In her new role, Sadowski will help manage the team and oversee project execution, mentor junior staff, ensure quality and schedule adherence, coordinate with other groups, support business development, and represent the firm in professional and community involvement activities.
“I’m excited and honored to step into my new role as assistant roadway group leader in DRMP’s Orlando office,” Sadowski said. “This promotion represents not only a personal milestone but also an opportunity to contribute in new ways to the continued growth and success of our transportation team.”
With over two decades of dedicated service at DRMP, Sadowski has established a strong career as a roadway engineer and project manager, specializing in transportation projects for municipal clients and Florida Department of Transportation (FDOT) Districts 5 and 2. Her work consistently focuses on the planning, design, and execution of roadway improvement projects that enhance mobility, safety, and sustainability for the communities DRMP serves.
“Kim has consistently demonstrated strong leadership, technical skill, and a commitment to delivering high-quality transportation solutions,” said Will Yates, PE, DRMP Orlando roadway group leader. “Her ability to manage complex projects, mentor staff, and build strong relationships makes her well-suited for this expanded role as assistant roadway group leader.”
Sadowski said some of her goals within the roadway group are to focus on group organization, communication, and collaboration.
DRMP Roadway Division Leader Todd White, PE, emphasized the strategic importance of Sadowski’s promotion and her long-standing contributions to the firm’s success.
“Kim’s promotion is a reflection of the trust and respect she’s earned throughout her career at DRMP,” White said. “Her depth of experience, collaborative mindset, and forward-thinking approach are exactly what we need as we continue to grow and strengthen our roadway group. I’m confident she’ll be instrumental in advancing innovation and efficiency across our transportation projects.”
